Hans Sy, Chairman of the Executive Committee of SM Prime Holdings, delivered a thought-provoking speech at the APMCDRR 2024 Plenary Session on Localization and Urban and Rural Resilience. In his address, Mr. Sy emphasized the private sector's vital role in supporting resilient communities, especially in the face of rapid urbanization and the escalating impacts of climate change.
