Chinabank redesigned and upgraded its internet banking platform, mirroring the design and functionalities of its mobile app to provide consistent customer experience and seamless navigation across devices and platforms.

The web/desktop version of My CBC App, My CBC Online was designed with the latest technologies to provide customers with enhanced security, flexibility, and usability.

“This move marks another milestone in our digital transformation journey and underscores our commitment to delivering great experience for our customers however they choose to bank with us,” Chief Innovation and Transformation Officer Dr. Delfin Jay M. Sabido IX said.

My CBC Online features a modern interface and a responsive web design that dynamically adapts to any web browser on desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone, ensuring that all functionalities are available on all devices with no application download required.

Through My CBC Online, customers can manage their finances with ease.  They can view account balances, transaction history, eStatements, and status of checks deposited; enroll and save payees and billers for easier access; and pay bills—there are over 1,000 billers available—at zero transaction fee.

Moving money is more affordable with My CBC Online. Customers can transfer funds to other Chinabank or China Bank Savings accounts at no cost. For transfers to other banks or eWallets, they can enjoy competitive rates with InstaPay for only P10 and PESONet for just P20. These fees are among the lowest in the industry.

Customers can also hide or unhide their accounts for extra security, as well as send money to anyone, even to those without a bank account, for pick up at any Chinabank branch or authorized cash pickup outlet nationwide.

My CBC Online is directly accessible at https://digital.chinabank.ph/web. Customers who are already using the My CBC App can access My CBC Online with the same username and password. New users can easily register on My CBC Online by providing an active Chinabank savings account, current account, or credit card number.

Current users of the previous versions, Chinabank Mobile and Chinabank Online, cannot use their existing credentials to log in to My CBC Online. They must create a new username and password by going through the registration process. (SM Supermalls)
