A shining example of integrity and commitment to customer service was once again displayed at SM City Mindpro after a lost gold bracelet with diamonds, valued at approximately PHP 1.5 million, was successfully recovered and returned to its rightful owner.
The incident occurred on Sunday, July 6, 2025, at around 1:20 PM, near Entrance 5, Level 3 of the mall. Security Guard Francisco Dialogo of Topwatch Corporate Security Services Inc., who was on duty at the time, noticed an unattended piece of jewelry. Recognizing the item’s importance, SG Dialogo promptly turned over the bracelet to the Customer Relations Services (CRS) Office for safekeeping.
Shortly thereafter, a female customer arrived at the CRS office to inquire about her missing bracelet. After a thorough verification process conducted by the CRS personnel, it was confirmed that she was indeed the rightful owner. The bracelet was returned to her without delay.
The customer expressed her heartfelt gratitude to SG Dialogo and the SM City Mindpro management for their honesty and swift action in ensuring the item’s recovery.
